Helpful Library Web Forms

Two new helpful library Web forms are available for your convenience. Use the Missing Item Retrieval/Report form <www.hsls.pitt.edu/services/collection/missing> to request a search for an item missing from the library shelves or to report a missing item. The Course Reserve Request form <www.hsls.pitt.edu/services/collection/reserves/requests> is for use by faculty to request that material is placed on reserve at the Falk or WPIC Library circulation desks.
