   Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF)
  CCF is a "national, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that exists to promote and fund research into finding the cause and cure for pediatric cardiomyopathy. Pediatric cardiomyopathy is a chronic and life-threatening disease of the heart muscle that affects more than 10,000 children in the United States."
