What you can do: A repository of web-based tools for the prediction and analysis of immune epitopes.
Highlights:
  • The Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Resource (IEDB) project aims to catalog and organize information regarding antibody and T cell epitopes from infectious pathogens, experimental antigens and self-antigens, with a priority on NIAID Category A-C pathogens and emerging/re-emerging infectious diseases.
  • It contains data related to antibody and T cell epitopes for humans, non-human primates, rodents, and other animal species.
  • New functionalities have been added to most of the previously implemented tools, and a total of eight new tools were added, including two B-cell epitope prediction tools, four T-cell epitope prediction tools and two analysis tools.
