In order for PubMed's MY NCBI to work via Pitt's secure remote access server,  please do the following:
 

In Internet Explorer:

1. go to Tools
2. choose Internet Options
3. select security tab
4. click on trusted sites
5. add under trusted sites the two URLS:
https://sremote.pitt.edu
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

In order for PubMed's MY NCBI to work via Connect@UPMC service, please to do the following:

In Connect@UPMC application Internet Explorer:

1. go to Tools
2. choose Internet Options
3. select security tab
4. click on trusted sites
5. add under trusted sites the two URLS:
https://connect.upmc.com
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
