CLICK the GO button next to the text search box at the top of the page.

You will be taken to the Entrez Gene page for Myot myotilin (titan). Locate the section titled Genomic regions, transcripts, and products and CLICK ìNC_000084.5î.
Result
CLICK on the annotated genome RefSeq name (NC_xxxxxx) to be linked to the relevant FASTA (sequence) or GenBank info.
Genomic information may also be available from alternate assemblies (e.g., based on Celera). To check, SELECTìReference Sequencesî from the Table Of Contents in the right hand column of the Entrez Gene page for your gene of interest.
