You may request to have an item that is checked out to another user be held for you when it is returned by completing the Item in Use Request Form. You will be notified once the item is available for you. You can then pick up the item at the library you specify. You may also request this service by contacting any HSLS circulation desk, in person or by phone.
HSLS libraries do not support item recalls. To recall an item from a University Library System (ULS) collection, use PITTCat for the Health Sciences or contact a ULS library.
