What you can do:
Obtain information on sequence data and cDNA clones of pig.
Highlights:
  • The database contains the results of EST analysis of various organs (thymus, spleen, uterus, lung, liver, ovary and peripheral blood mononuclear cells) and 68076 high-quality sequences assembled into 5546 contigs and 28461 singlets.
  • Single-nucleotide polymorphisms detected through comparison of the EST sequences are classified by origin and are searchable in the database.
