What you can do:

Search for sequences of publicly accessible cDNA resource containing a complete open reading frame (ORF) for every human, mouse, and other model organisms' gene.

Highlights:

The goal of the Mammalian Gene Collection (MGC), is to provide full-length open reading frame (FL-ORF) clones for human, mouse, and rat genes.
All MGC sequences are deposited in GenBank and the clones can be purchased from distributors of the IMAGE consortium.
