1. Direct your browser to AccessMedicine.
2. On the AccessMedicine home page, click on My AccessMedicine located on the right side of the blue toolbar at the top of the page.
3. In the pop-up box, click on Create Account.
4. Fill in the required fields and then click on Save.
5. After creating an account, log in to AccessMedicine Mobile.

Accounts do not expire.

1. Direct your browser to Web of Knowledge.
2. On the ISI Web of Knowledge home page, click on Sign in located on the toolbar at the top of the page.
3. Click on Register.
4. Complete the required fields and then click on Submit Changes.
5. After creating your account, log in to Web of Knowledge Mobile.

Every six months, direct your onsite browser to Web of Knowledge and log in to your account to verify that you are still a valid user. Otherwise, you'll get an authentication error message instructing you to reactivate your account.

To maintain uninterrupted access, content must be updated at least once per quarter. You'll be prompted to download the update as needed. If the app is not accessed once within a quarter, you'll have to reload the entire app. You will need an Internet connection to update the content.
