Microarray Data Analysis

This workshop will provide an introduction to microarray data analysis. Topics covered will include one-color microarray platforms, preprocessing and assessing quality of data, normalization and statistical tests for differential expression. Hierarchical clustering, supervised classification and strategies for biological annotation of data will also be discussed.
