Peptide Mass Fingerprinting for Protein Identification

The purpose of this workshop is to introduce open access bioinformatics tools in the fields of mass spectrometry and proteomics. Major emphasis will be given to Matrix Science's Mascot, a powerful search engine, which uses mass spectrometry data to identify proteins from primary sequence databases.
