Introduction to Adobe Illustrator for Diagrams

This introductory course is intended for novice or infrequent users of Adobe Illustrator or similar programs. Basic techniques that aid in composing diagrams, such as adding shapes, text, arrows, lines, moving objects, defining colors, and combining various image files will be demonstrated as attendees follow along. Emphasis will be on common workflows (creating files, importing, editing, saving, and exporting) to increase familiarity with beginning-to-end projects.

A prerequisite course is strongly encouraged for beginners to Adobe professional image editing programs:

Please register for Introduction to Image Editing: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and plan to attend both sessions in sequence.
