Upon completing this class, you should be able to:
- Import single cell count matrix data (CITE-Seq/ATAC+Gene expression) into Partek Flow
- Perform integrated analysis of gene and protein/ATAC and gene expression data
- Identify cell populations and biomarkers using multiomic data
- Create interactive visualizations of data by generating PCA, t-SNE/UMAP to understand disease progression
