HSLS will be closed on Friday, March 10 for the University's Spring Holiday. Normal hours will resume on Saturday, March 11.

Sunday, May 28: 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Tuesday, May 30: Normal hours resume

Sunday, June 18: 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Monday, June 19: Closed

Tuesday, June 20: Regular hours resume

The newly renovated section of the library includes a new entrance on Lothrop Street, and a new Main Desk to meet all your library needs, group study rooms, and a brand-new classroom.

The historic section of Falk Library will close for renovations on April 30 at 11:59 p.m.

Taylor & Francis is making site updates on Monday, September 18th from 1:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This may effect registration or other aspects of user’s accounts.

In order to prevent an error on certain publisher websites where the page continuously refreshes, Zotero users are advised to update their Zotero Connector browser extension to the latest version.

Masking is optional indoors at Falk Library as of 8/26/2022

HSLS is a partner in the new Pitt Research Navigator service launched on May 1, 2023. This program is available to provide personalized customer service by connecting faculty and research-related staff to the resources, services, and offices they need to move their research forward.

Update 5/8/2023.  Service has been restored for Karger, but direct linking is not working at this time.
