Find gene expression information of a nucleotide sequence.
Highlights:
- SAGEmap provides free and open access to raw SAGE sequence data, precomputed tag extractions, and several modest analysis tools.
- Users can enter mRNA/cDNA sequences, select anchor enzyme, and find out the expression levels in different SAGE libraries and how it is represented in the rest of the sequences in GenBank and UniGene.
