What you can do:
Compare two protein or DNA sequences for local similarity and show the local sequence alignments.
Highlights:
- Select "local" or "global" from "Choose the alignment method".
- Find multiple matching subsegments in two sequences.
- Valid formats are: plain_text, SwissProt_ID, TrEMBL_ID, EMBL_ID, EST_ID, GenPept_gi, Yeast_ORF.
