KinBase -- a protein kinase gene resource

What you can do:
Search comprehensive information about protein kinases from human, mouse, yeast, fruit fly, worm, and other model organisms.
Highlights:
  • KinBase holds information on the 1800 protein kinase genes found in the genomes of human, fruit fly (Drosophila melanogaster), nematode worm (Caenorhabditis elegans), and yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) . You may search the database by a variety of different gene names and accessions, or according to the sequence based classification.
