PhosphoSite -- A bioinformatics resource dedicated to physiological protein phosphorylation.

What you can do:
Search the database of in vivo phosphorylation sites of human and mouse proteins
Highlights:
  • PhosphoSitex99 is a curated bioinformatics database developed by scientists at Cell Signaling Technology (CST). Its goals are to contain information about all in vivo phosphorylation sites in human and mouse proteins and to provide information and resources that will facilitate signal transduction research.
  • PhosphoSitex99 Version 1.0 contains selected literature references, the peptide sequences of phosphorylation sites and their location within known domains and motifs, links to useful resources, sources of antibodies for studying these sites, and links to structural viewers to view their topography.
