THGS -- Database of Transmembrane Helices in Genome Sequences

  • The motif can be searched in the Genome Database (GDB), sequence databases (Swiss-Prot and PIR), and macromolecular structure database (PDB).
  • The 3D structure of motif can also be visualized using the widely used graphics package RASMOL.
