-- An Atlas of Gene Expression Patterns in the Mouse Embryo

What you can do:
Search for gene expression patterns in 100 different mouse embryonic tissues.
  • Gene expression patterns on tissue sections are generated by RNA in situ hybridization. The resulting images of gene expression patterns, chiefly of E14.5 mouse embryos, are provided.
  • This relational database is searchable for gene identifiers and RNA probe sequences.
