Search for information about glycoproteins with O-linked and C-linked glycosylation sites.
Highlights:
- Entries with at least one experimentally verified glycosylation site have been compiled from protein sequence databases and literature.
- Each entry contains information about the site linkage, the glycan involved (if available), the species, sequence, a literature reference and http-linked cross-references to other sequence databases and to PubMed.
- Version 6.0 (2002) is the first version to include C-mannosylation of Trp residues and contains 242 protein entries.
