What you can do:
Search for information of secreted proteins from Human, Mouse and Rat proteomes.
Highlights:
  • The 2004 release contains a total of 18152 secreted proteins in Human, Mouse and Rat proteomes, based on the improved secreted protein prediction approach and comprehensive data sources, including Swiss-Prot, TrEMBL, RefSeq, Ensembl and CBI-Gene.
  • All the entries are ranked according to the prediction confidence, and classified into fourteen functional categories, including "apolipoprotein", "cytokine", "protease", "toxin", etc.
  • The annotated information can be searched via text query and sequence similarity search.
