Experimental results demonstrate that PSEUDOVIEWER2 generates an aesthetically pleasing drawing of pseudoknots of any type and that the new representation offered by PSEUDOVIEWER2 ensures uniform and clear drawings, with no edge crossing, for all types of pseudoknots.
