DIAL -- a web-based server for the automatic identification of structural domains in proteins

What you can do:
Automatically identify protein structural domains given the three-dimensional coordinates of a protein.
Highlights:
  • The Web serve accepts user-uploaded PDB files and identifies protein structural domains.
  • Where the protein is known to exist as multimers and the transformation matrix is available, the server internally generates multimer coordinates and proposes structural domain solutions for the entire quarternary arrangement.
  • The Web server can also identify domain boundaries for multiple chain entries and domain swapping.
