NPInter -- the noncoding RNAs and protein related biomacromolecules interaction database

What you can do:
Search for information on functional interactions between noncoding RNAs and proteins in model organisms E. coli, yeast, worm, fly, mouse and human.
Highlights:
  • The noncoding RNAs and protein related biomacromolecules interaction database is a database that documents experimentally determined functional interactions between noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) and protein related biomacromolecules (PRMs) (proteins, mRNAs or genomic DNAs).
  • NPInter intends to provide the scientific community with a comprehensive and integrated tool for efficient browsing and extraction of information on interactions between ncRNAs and PRMs.
  • The database now contains more than 700 published functional interactions from the six organisms E. coli, yeast, worm, fly, mouse and human in which functional interactions experiments have been concentrated.
  • Now on v4.0
