FLIGHT -- database and tools for the integration and cross-correlation of large-scale RNAi phenotypic datasets

What you can do:
Browse and cross-correlate data from large-scale RNAi studies using Drosophila cell lines.
Highlights:
  • FLIGHT is a database that has been designed to facilitate the integration of data from high-throughput experiments carried out in Drosophila cell culture.
  • It includes phenotypic information from published cell-based RNAi screens, gene expression data from Drosophila cell lines, protein interaction data, together with novel tools to cross-correlate these diverse datasets, such as the phenotype clustering tool Shuffle.
  • Additionally, FLIGHT provides microarray expression data for many of the Drosophila cell lines commonly used in RNAi screens.
  • Together with information about cell lines, protocols and dsRNA primer sequences, is intended to help researchers design their own cell-based screens.
