Weight to Molar Quantity (for proteins)

What you can do:
Convert the weight into the molar quantity and vice versa; calculate concentrations using weight and volume.
Highlights:
  • Suppose, that 35ng of 47kDa protein were diluted in 86xb5l of H2O, this site allows you to calculate the resulting concentration of the solution.
  • You can also calculate how much of this protein will be required to make 1mM solution in 500 ul.
