Highlights:
  • WorfDB integrates and disseminates the data from the cloning of complete set of 19 000 predicted protein-encoding Open Reading Frames of Caenorhabditis elegans (also referred to as the x91worm ORFeomex92).
  • In total, 12,500 C. elegans ORFs are now available as Gateway Entry clones for various reverse proteomics (ORFeome v3.1, 2004).
  • ORF sequence tags (OSTs) obtained for all individual clones are also available.
