PALI -- Integration of related sequences with protein 3D structural families

What you can do:
Search for structure based sequence alignments for homologous proteins of known 3-D structure.
Highlights:
  • PALI provides 3D structure-dependent sequence alignments as well as structure-based phylogenetic trees of protein domains in various families.
  • The 2004 release of PALI consists of 1199 protein families and 1067 orphans (single member families) containing 7203 protein domains. There are about 36000 structural alignments and more than 1400 dendrograms.
  • PALI has been derived largely from SCOP database.
