Database of Ribosomal Crosslinks
What you can do:
Search for ribosomal cross-linking data.
Highlights:
- The cross-linking data are sorted in the html tables according to the positions of the cross-links within the rRNA, ribosomal proteins or ribosomal ligands (mRNA, tRNA, factors, etc.)
- These tables are also presented in dBASE IV format in zip archived. They can be downloaded in order to get a local version of the database for personal editing.
- Maps of the rRNA can be used to rapid search for cross-liking data via the secondary structures of ribosomal RNA. At present, only a demonstration version for 5S rRNA is available.
