Search for Expressed sequence tags (ESTs) in 18 pathogenic fungi species.
Highlights:
- Expressed sequence tags (ESTs) have been obtained from thirteen species of plant pathogenic fungi, two species of phytopathogenic oomycete and three species of saprophytic fungi.
- Putative functions were assigned to each unisequence based on top hits against the NCBI non-redundant protein database using blastx.
- An easy-to-use interface allows the user to identify gene sequences by using simple text queries or homology searches.
