OGD -- Oomycete Genomics Database
What you can do:
Search for annotated expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from oomycete species.
Highlights:
- Oomycete Genomics Database (OGD) is a publicly accessible resource that includes transcript analysis and annotation.
- The objective of OGD is to serve as a warehouse for expressed sequence tags (ESTs) generated for oomycete species other than Phytophthora.
- include ESTs from the fish pathogen Saprolegnia parasitica and Aphanomyces cochlioides.
- ESTs were clustered, analyzed and annotated by the XGI System. The annotated sequence data assembled in OGD will allow a better understanding of species relationships as well as preliminary comparative genomics of oomycetes.
Keywords:
- oomycete expressed sequence tags
