kinDOCK -- a tool for comparative docking of protein kinase ligands

What you can do:
Fit of ligands into the ATP-binding site of a protein kinase and identify its potential ligands.
Highlights:
  • KinDOCK is a new web server for the analysis of ATP-binding sites of protein kinases based on on the docking of ligands already co-crystallized with other protein kinases.
  • It allows a quick characterization of protein kinase active sites including conformation changes potentially required to accommodate particular ligands.
Keywords:
  • protein kinase ATP-binding sites analysis tool
  • protein kinase conformation analysis tool
  • protein kinase ligand prediction tool
  • protein kinase active site analysis tool
